地埋示踪线:示踪线的发展已经历三代

一代示踪线:是由铝箔和塑料薄膜的母体组成,铝箔主要是传输信号,母体是固定铝箔。这种示踪线缺点:铝箔强度非常低,即使在生产,运输过程中也很容易断裂,辅设易损伤,同时铝箔的电阻非常大,有效探测距离和深度有限。

First generation tracer line: It is composed of a matrix of aluminum foil and plastic film. The aluminum foil is mainly used for transmitting signals, and the matrix is a fixed aluminum foil. The disadvantages of this tracer line are that the strength of the aluminum foil is very low, and it is easy to break even during production and transportation. The auxiliary equipment is easily damaged, and the resistance of the aluminum foil is very high, which limits the effective detection distance and depth.

二代示踪线:是由钢丝和塑料薄膜压制而成,该示踪线由钢丝为导体,电阻大,探测距离有限,难以满足实际需要。

Second generation tracer line: It is made by pressing steel wire and plastic film. The tracer line is made of steel wire as the conductor, with high resistance and limited detection distance, making it difficult to meet practical needs.

三代示踪线:是由铜包钢金属线芯和PE外保护层组成,外观成线状。以下以HX-13II示踪线为例

示踪线的替代产品

Alternative products for tracer lines

在第三代示踪线还没有诞生,二代产品又不能满足要求的情况下,电线成为示踪线的替代品,由于电线并不是针对PE管道示踪而设计的产品,其本身用于充当“示踪线”则有诸多缺限。

In the absence of third-generation tracer wires and the inability of second-generation products to meet the requirements, wires have become a substitute for tracer wires. However, since wires are not designed specifically for PE pipeline tracing, their use as "tracer wires" has many limitations.

成本高:电线做为示踪线,其造价相对昂贵。

High cost: As a tracer wire, the cost of wires is relatively expensive.

抗腐蚀和抗老化差:电线的外表面绝缘层是PVC,这种材料埋地后易老化,相对PE材质有所不足。

Poor corrosion resistance and aging resistance: The outer surface insulation layer of the wire is PVC, which is easy to age after being buried, and is insufficient compared with PE material.

抗拉力:电线金属芯是铜材质,抗拉力有局限性,在用于常规辅设及非开挖辅设时,断裂机率较高。

Tensile strength: The metal core of the wire is made of copper material, which has limitations in tensile strength. When used in conventional and non excavation auxiliary equipment, the probability of fracture is relatively high.
